Paul, a founding partner of the Brokerage, RealEstateKW.com and Broker Manager at King Realty based in Waterloo is a 15 year industry veteran with residential and commercial clients all over Ontario. Paul realized early on that he wanted to learn more and go further which led him to becoming a Broker before the age of 30, this helps him not only with his clients but helping him guide his team.

Paul specializes in applying his expertise and market knowledge throughout a homebuyer’s journey from assessing needs, house hunting, appraising and negotiating, to make sure the whole process foes smoothly and is as low-stress as possible he helps with the entire process which does not just stop at the sale. In addition to being an active volunteer helping provide local food banks with necessities and an active corporate sponsor for Heart & Stroke Ride for Heart for the past several years, Paul has also mentored to many up-and-coming realtors in the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board.

Paul has been in Real Estate for almost as many years of his life that he has not been which is a testament to his commitment to the industry.
